This SAWO sand-timer measures 9 minutes per turn.

Free standing, or wall mountable.
If you wall mount it, it does swivel allowing you to easily invert the sand timer to restart the clock (as in the product photo)

Note: time for the sand to drain through will not be exactly 15 minutes, there is some variance from unit to unit.
